Family Tanote Bay Resort

Wir waren jetzt zum 3 mal hier. Sind diesmal sehr enttäuschend gewesen. Personal ist unfreundlicher geworden, hatten ein Zimmer ohne Tür zum Bad, war nur ein Vorhang davor, Matratze durchgelegen. Taxi preise werden so gemacht wie man grad lustig ist und am Ende wird noch versucht einen über den Tisch zu ziehen.

In realtà il proprietario è cinese e i suoi aiutanti birmani, uno di loro è stato anche molto scortese perché non credeva che avessi contrattato il prezzo di un taxi e mi ha dato della bugiarda, assurdo! Si contratta sempre con tutti, soprattutto con i tassisti! Comunque la spiaggia è molto bella però consiglio di non pernottare li ma a Sairee beach e poi spostarsi perché di sera non c e nulla e i prezzi delle corse dei taxi abbastanza alte.

Amazing view and quiet location away from busy sairee beach. But VERY far from everything. Dangerous gravel road and no store for miles. I stayed in a fan bungalow. And was charged 1100baht a night. The man who worked there admitted it was 800 by mistake. After I had already payed. The electricity would turn off daily which meant no fan. The wifi is a joke. They say they have wifi..they should just be honest. It dosent work maybe once a little in 5 days. The food is good and kItchen and waiting staff where great. A normal fan bungalow on the beach is around 600baht. I was ripped off. And couldn't get my money back from expedia or the hotel. Don't do it you can get much better value for money in many places on the island. Tenote bay is worth a day trip tho.

Ohne diese tolle Lage mit der guten Tauchschule würde ich mangels Komfort dieses hotel nicht wählen.

Zimmer total schön und ruhig gelegen, Luxus darf man sich keinen erwarten, aber ist ja auch kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Bungalows sind durch kleine Wege getrennt und Restaurant hat super Essen und wirklich billig!! Auch für ein junges Pärchen wie uns wie gemacht, ein wirklich wunderschöner und vor allem leistbarer Urlaub zum Entspannen und Genießen! Wir kommen wieder!

Mooie locatie, ongezellig resort. Slechte service. Duiken is prachtig hier maar er zijn veel betere resorts in tanote bay

Lage war top, Bungalows einfach aber ok. Restaurant war nicht gut, sehr herzlos zubereitetes Essen (Frühstück + restl. Mahlzeiten) weit entfernt von Thaifood!

Stayed there in Jan 2015 and paid 650 baht per night. For that price I think it was a nice place. Had a very simple bungalow though with no flush in the toilet or hot shower. Location at Tanote Bay is really nice and the snorkling in the bay is amazing. Wifi is pretty unstable

Gutes Resort direkt am Strand. Das Thailändische Essen im Restaurant schmeckt lecker. Die Preise für eine Übernachtung sind relativ hoch im Vergleich zu den anderen Resorts in der Bucht.
