Nice location, friendly staff, spacious accommodation, free access to 24hr gym, free undercover parking

The pictures of the apartment are honest in regards to size and small water view from balcony. However, consistent with other reviews, we found the apartment needs maintenance. The one we struggled with the most - the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work and the bathroom doesn't have a window. I would add that the shower needs a better clean to remove scale build up & mould. Given others had left feedback about the exhaust fan, I didn't raise it with management based on the assumption if they were going to/able to fix it they would have already - so assumed unlikely to get any fix. I know I probably shouldn't assume but management were friendly and helpful during earlier interactions, so seemed a reasonable assumption to me. In my ratings I have said it 'met my expectations' given the maintenance issues were raised in feedback that I had read - so not unexpected. Regarding the bed, I didn't mind it, but my husband didn't like it. Overall, it was spacious and in a good location but I wouldn't book it again unless guaranteed all maintenance issues resolved.
