"Confortable, ubicación perfecta"

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de comercios y el centro comercial Nuestro Bogotá. Además, muy cerca del aeropuerto. El transporte desde y hacia el aeropuerto, fantástico. Que guarden las maletas luego del checkout: lo máximo! Desayuno variado, abundante y delicioso.

En la ducha, colocaría una repisa para colocar algunos utensilios de baño. Solo eso. Todo fantástico. Siempre que puedo me alojo allí 🥰

"Realmente importa el Huesped para Aloft Bogotá?"

La experiencia fue pésima. La comunicación no es lo suficientemente clara y explícita en lo referente a la cancelación de la reserva, el plan era de pernoctar cinco días. Por alguna razón, quizás de procedimiento, al llegar al hotel, se nos informó que la reserva era de una sola noche y de inmediato se nos solicitó el pago del servicio. Esto a todas luces desdice la propuesta de valor del hotel, "No se exige pago por anticipado". Dados estos inconvenientes y bajo la promesa de poder cancelar la reserva el mismo día del ingreso al hotel, se procedió a cancelar la reserva toda vez que no se nos brindó la oportunidad de ampliar la reserva a los cinco días, lo cual está lejos de querer retener al huésped y brindar una excelente experiencia. Hasta este punto, jamás fuimos notificados de que estábamos inmersos en una multa, que hicieron efectiva, sin tomar en consideración los atenuantes y demás argumentos. Este tipo de prácticas está muy lejos de la calidad en el servicio y muy por el contrario, lesiona al huésped, lo hace sentirse ultrajado y, ¿por qué no?, burlado. Por esta razón, jamás recomendaré los servicios del hotel, adicionalmente porque perdí una suma de dinero considerable y la posibilidad de establecer las instalaciones del hotel como centro de operaciones para la concreción de un proyecto internacional de capacitación.

La falta de claridad en la información, el desinterés en brindar al huésped la calidad de un buen servicio y convertirse en su aliado estratégico en su estadía en Bogotá. Una organización centrada en el huésped se preocupará siempre por brindar la mejor experiencia posible y hacer de su cliente el mejor embajador de sus servicios en el mundo.
