Playa Bonita

The hotel was doing some renovations to the jacuzzi during our stay and unable to use. The property was beautiful, quiet, and served our needs for a place to stay with beach access. I would definitely stay again. Staff was very friendly.

This was our second time staying at Playa Bonita. Fast and easy check in. It was nice to have our room and balcony cleaned every day. The pool with beach views and access is our favorite. The mattress was hard for our liking.

The room patio door was horrible to open and close and the mattresses needed updated . The restaurant was American priced but the food was really good, the security was plentiful and very nice, the hotel staff was very friendly, the updates are nice and the property was lovely. The elevator is slow going down but works (don't get excited)..the beach front is beautiful.

Was a weekend family trip. The place is nice.

Excellent customer service and Blanca from housekeeping went above and beyond for me and my family. Very attentive while making up our room. Blanca went as far as to organize all the mini squishmallows my kids took on our trip. She made my 5 year old twins super super happy and it touched our hearts.

Americans love our beds, but the hotel there their beds are a little too hard and as well their pillows. But the facility the rooms were really clean and the employees were nice and very, very close to the beach.
