Overall was a great experience. Hotel was very clean, easy access. The only complaint is that I was not able to charge any thing to my room and it was very inconvinient, beacuse I had to pay cash. Other than that it was a great place, and I will definetly will stay again!

The beds and pillows were extremely firm and uncomfortable. The water pressure and water temperature were practically non existent. The AC did work amazingly and was very cold.

The property is away from services so either you are forced to eat at the 1 restaurant onsite or drive somewhere. The property is outdated however it was easy to learn and get around. The staff is super nice and accommodating and I always felt safe there as well as my vehicle. I didn’t have any concerns there however there are some weird rules, you can get towels but you can’t take it to the private beach?? It’s also frustrating that the hotel will take credit cards however nowhere else on the resort does and the atm onsite is out of order for the last 3 months. My biggest complaint is the nightly price, if you are paying $300 a night you would expect wash clothes and a little more generous with some of the amenities in the room. You get 1 cup of coffee for example and we had 3 people.
