"Perfect Choice"

The staff and especially Kiki were very friendly and kind. We reached Mabrouk (4 adults and 1 child) after an unpleasant situation from another Riad and immediately they tried to assist us to the best way of possible exploring choices and alternatives. The rooms were absolutely funtastic and the location is just awesome. Right next to the main square. Ideal for families.

"Best Riad in Marrakech"

Amazing staff. Meryem and Lmadani were very helpful at the front desk. Provided great advice, and accommodating to special requests during our stay. The property is very centrally located, clean, and secure.

Le personnel est au petit soin, souriant. La femme de ménage Aïcha fait un travail exceptionnel. Tout était très propre les lit très bien fait. Les filles à l’accueil aussi très douce tout le monde était adorable 🙏🏻 La réactivité du personnel et l’emplacement de l’hôtel

Le petit déjeuner inclus qu’on ne peut pas prendre si nos excursions sont trop tôt :(.

"Una estafa"

AVISO DE ESTAFA: No me ha gustado nada porque me han estafado el dinero de la reserva, aviso para futuros huespedes de la estafa que hacen, te dicen al llegar que BOOKING no les ha abonado el precio de la habitación y te obligan a pagar la habitación más cara, 254 por dos noches y unos días antes BOOKING ya te ha hecho el cargo de 234 por dos noches. Y cuando quieres reclamar la devolución ni la empresa del hotel MABROUK hace la devolución y BOOKING se desentiende de la reserva y tampoco te devuelve el dinero. Es una vergüenza la poca profesionalidad, del Hotel y de BOOKING.

No me ha gustado que me hayan estafado el dinero, todavía estoy esperando una solución por parte de la Dirección del HOTEL MABROUK o de BOOKING.
