Gentili e disponibili, si paga sul posto nonostante abbiano i dati della carta di credito. Buona selezione di vini, offerta di una cena molto economica e discreta.

Çok güzel bir konaklama geçirdik. Samimi ve ilgiliydiler. Bisikletlerimize otoparklarını açtılar. Restoranları keyifliydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir.

I made this reservation for my friend. He told me that he was warmly welcomed at the hotel and received a lot of attention. The hotel manager was very helpful to him. If I ever get the chance, I would also like to stay at the hotel one day. Grazie!

This hotel was ok, spacious bathroom, very helpful staff, and reliable housekeeping. The bad parts were a small bed and despite central heating, it was somewhat cold. But my 5 Vie stay wasn't a problem - getting there was. It is better for those that have a car. If you are taking a train and/or bus, please get there as early as possible. Due to late trains, I got in to Bergamo after 7. Missed the last bus, and finding a taxi (including using Uber) was impossible. I ended up walking for three hours all the way to the hotel! And it was brutal. And after the Sunday checkout had to walk almost a mile to catch the last bus back to Bergamo. So don't end up like me, and you'll be fine. I want to thank again the gentleman who opened the door for me at 1am(90 minutes after the check in deadline) And the housekeeping lady too. Highly doubtful that I will be back, at least it wasn't worse.

Posto in buona posizione (a circa 15 minuti dal centro di Bergamo) ottimo per eventuali gite nelle vallate bergamasche; personale gentilissimo camere spaziose e nel complesso ben tenute. Pulizia ottima
