Отношения персонала которая работает в ресепшне, не говоря о депозите, просто сняла общую сумму из карты, потом говорят что данная сумма вернется через неделю, это было очень грубо

酒店地点都还不错。

但是服务很拉跨， 门童不帮忙拿行李， 门口停车场乱糟糟， 还挺危险。退房开发票，前台连个笑脸都没有。 退房早上看到门童居然在大堂坐着玩手机， 都不带帮忙推行李箱的。看了你一眼， 然后继续玩手机。 这个酒店是我第一次在booking 上留这种差评的酒店。富力两个老板看到他们旗下酒店这么个服务水平， 也会非常失望。

The room is quite dusty, I feel the air in the room is not quite good. When I wake up in the morning, I can see a layer of fiber covered the table.
