The stay was superb considering everything. Nice clean room with excellent facilities. Clean pool and gym. Food is very tasty and sumptuous. In room dining or at site hotels both are very good. Hospitality of entire staff especially Ms Rajashree Iyer was very warming. She took care of us like own family. Staff helped us in every manner possible. They helped even get us around. It is always good when you get local wisdom about to do in a vast city like Hyderabad. Where to go, when to go, how to go, what to wear, everything matters. Thanx for making our holidays special.

House keeping staff Arudra, Debasish, Calvin, Zahir were excellent in response and service. Rajashree Iyer from front desk given prompt response. Warm welcome at the entrance, from the room service and house keeping staff. Im a frequent customer for the hotel, I travel from United Kingdom to Hyderabad every 3 -6 months. You should provide 3 hour, 6 hour, 10 hour, 12 hour booking prices exclusively for customers arriving by international flights. This should be provided 24x7 to cater the international flight arrivals , as the customers might have already travelled 24-36 hours by the time they reach your hotel. Denying this would cause customers to turn away to other hotels, and there are heavy chances that they continue in the same hotel for their subsequent days/weeks stay. International flight tickets can be requested to confirm the authentic international travellers. At the Gym, please let the cusotmer use the facilities with normal sandals, as long as they are not high heels. you can take a self responsibility consent from the customer and allow them. Because it is difficult to pack gym shoes while travelling from international destinations just to use Vivanta Gym. Hope you understand. Not every customer is uneducated or unsafe. Listen to customer voice and implement

Stay was comfortable with decent room size and other amenities at the hotel. House keeping supervisor Hemanth and staff sudarshan helped us with a comfortable stay. Food was really good with lot of options at buffet.

Another great stay @ Vivanta Begumpet. Was pleasantly surprised on hospitality shown by Mr. Vishal Srivastava. Appreciate his gesture. Thank you sir! Special thanks to Anisha, Azam - lead by Mr. Anirban who always has "Happy to Help" approach. Wonderful team. Chk out was done by Mr. Ujjawl Rai who was courteous enough with all check-out process.
