"Very below average experience"

Very okay ish experience and not the regular Taj experience .not welcoming at all ..had to follow up on everything...room package not explained properly at all..mat be it's under staffed or staff are not trained properly.. Coimbatore deserve a better Taj hotel

I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Coimbatore. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional.
