Great clean place with an excellent pool and wonderfully pleasant staff

Hotel was clean. Staff was polite. Enjoyed the pool.

Everything about this hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff are all very friendly, breakfast was fresh fruits and a large assortment of meats to choose from. I would definitely recommend staying there.

I love the cleanliness of this property. However I notice small damages to the room which I haven’t seen before and the elevator wasn’t really clean that it was before. I have stayed here a couple times before so that was different but all and all beautiful clean facility.

I notice small damages to the room which I haven’t seen before and the elevator wasn’t really clean like it was before. The staff wasn’t as friendly either and they didn’t offer me a cookie or water like they used to. It was a guy I haven’t seen before.

Not much for what I paid.

Shower was not as clean as usual. I was charged at time of stay nearly $100 more than was quoted at reservation

Curtains aren’t really blackout. Also the breakfast is not included. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean though. I am rating this compared to other similar hotels. Obviously much better than a budget motel or something! Overall slightly below average compared to other hiltons and Marriott hotels.
