The location and size of the room was great. The manager was lovely.
Unsure if it’s a new purchase but the gardens and facilities are not maintained. Looks like the property is in need of some TLC. Still a very comfortable stay but not 4 star!

Nice , clean, location good.
The 5th bed. Was futon lounge. Not comfortable. Had a brick underneath for stability I guess. Not sure it was big enough for 5 adults. Nowhere really to sit other than a 3 seater lounge as futon was set up as 5th bed

Our room was change from the one we booked , the excuse was the one we were put in had a better aircon in it , people were in the room that we booked the aircon was fine in that room at it wasn’t even a concern for us as we swam in the pool and we were at a concert most of the time anyway, the balcony was very dirty and spider webs everywhere, the pool very badly maintained, the room we booked said coffee machine the room we got did not have a coffee machine , I could go on , for the money it was very poor

Great to see kangaroos in the field next to Villa Provence. We had a spacious room, which had two forms of heating, to cold fir us to use the swimming pool but it looked very welcoming!
