I've stayed at Villa Provence on a number of occasions. It's in a great location, close to everything but set in quiet countryside surrounded by kangaroos and bird life and plenty areas to have a walk. Our room (Champagne) overlooked the pool and countryside which was lovely. The lady I dealt with was very nice and very helpful.
Our room was comfortable enough but was in need of redecorating. The kitchenette area was a bit worse for wear and there were minor annoying things that needed to be fixed e.g. lamps without bulbs or lights not working, a vanity in the bathroom that rocked and creaked every time it was used, a shower door that opened partially because the vanity was in the way, another door from the bedroom onto the balcony that didn't fully open because it hit the roof. Minor things but really annoying when you're away to relax.

We travel and review a lot of places, and from driving down the driveway seeing the Kangaroos and beautiful lawns, we felt welcomed. The owner was friendly and helpful but not in our face and left us in peace to relax. The size of our upstairs room overlooking the water was large and comfortable. We loved that everything stayed in the colour scheme through the entire unit and felt very European. Our bed was super comfortable. We had the best sleep. We could have stayed a week wandering the gardens in the morning, taking so many beautiful photos. It was so private and quiet that we felt like we had the place to ourselves. This place is a perfect base to explore the Hunter Valley with so many wineries close by.
Sadly, we could only stay for one night, and I can only upload so many photos.
