Excellent breakfast!

Me Roll Roque at Breakfast Hall was very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. He went out of his way not only for us but for the other guests as well.

Dino was very attentive, he made sure our concerns were addressed. Team Taza served our food on time.

Our favorite hotel and our 2nd time checking in at Taal Vista Hotel — and once again, they never failed to make our stay memorable. ❤️ From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. The guards were warm and helpful, the staff were very accommodating, and housekeeping was attentive and kind throughout our stay. Their service really makes every visit feel special and comfortable. What touched us the most was the sweet surprise they prepared for our 8-month-old baby — a greeting cake for his monthly milestone. Such a simple gesture but it meant so much to us as parents. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and effort. Thank you, Taal Vista Hotel, for always giving us a wonderful experience. This is exactly why we keep coming back and why this remains our favorite hotel. Looking forward to our next stay again soon! ✨🏨🤍

Our family recently stayed at Taal Vista Hotel, and it felt so good to be back after a few years. There’s something special about returning to a place that already holds wonderful memories, and this visit gave us even more reasons to love it. One of the first things we noticed was the beautifully renovated Lake Wing. The rooms felt fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed while still maintaining the cozy charm that Taal Vista is known for. We were assigned a room on the second floor, which was very convenient since it had easy access to the covered terrace which was the way to the garden and restaurant. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Whenever we needed anything, assistance arrived quickly. Every staff greeted us whenever they see us with smiles on their faces. The weather was absolutely perfect during our visit. In fact, it was my first time seeing the lake, mountain and ocean so clearly from Taal Vista because the skies were so bright and clear. The view of Taal Volcano was breathtaking as always. My daughter was especially fascinated by the stories about the volcano and its history. She also enjoyed spending time at the play area while I squeezed in a workout on the treadmill. I understand the kids' area and gym are still undergoing some renovations, but I actually appreciated their current setup. Having the gym and play area close together allowed me to exercise while still keeping an eye on her, which was a huge plus as a parent. Breakfast at The Veranda was another memorable part of our stay. The live singers added such a warm and lively atmosphere to the morning. Their music made breakfast feel more special and brought so much life and joy to the space. The easy access to Sky Ranch Tagaytay was also really nice and hassle-free. You can even purchase the tickets at the reception. Overall, our stay reminded me why Taal Vista continues to be one of our favorite family getaways. Between the renovated rooms, beautiful views, attentive service, cool weather, and family-friendly amenities, it was a relaxing and memorable experience that we’re already looking forward to repeating. ✨

The atmosphere was great. We had out lolo in a wheelchair with us and we did not have any difficulties roaming around. We ate there for lunch and were served by Fred and he was so attentive and gave great service.

The food is so good. Accomodating staff.

Live Music at the lounge and even on breakfast.

No provisions for coffee/tea and you have to get your own water from a dispenser in the hallway. The ironing board was of poor quality!!! Almost got me burned when ironing my dress when it just suddenly collapsed! Fresh fruits at breakfast buffet were limited and not fresh at all. The watermelon was already soggy and pineapples were sour.

Easy to book, friendly staff and good location.

Limited varities on breakfast and dinner buffet for the price paid.

Its cleanliness and accomodating staffs. And it is also near skyranch and other nearby stores.

The alfresco dining is clean but some flies roaming around the food. Not good eating outside.
