This was such a great hotel, from the rooms, the showers, the delicious breakfast but most importantly, the wonderful staff who welcomed us with such warmth everyday. The small details of remembering our coffee and eggs order every day, organising our driver William and reservations, their attention to making us all feel special. This made our trip to Bogota even more special. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

La ubicación y la habitación amplia y limpia

Te obligan a adquirir cuando llegas un paquete de amenidades que en mi caso nunca usé por 13 USD más impuestos, así que la tarifa con la que reservas no es real. El roof estaba en obras y no avisaron, para los que escogemos el hotel por la piscina, es relevante que el hotel siendo de 5 estrellas avise de que no estará disponible por mantenimiento esa planta a sus huéspedes
