I stayed here a few times before but the cracks really showed with their greedy business model this time.Not delivering on your service promises won't get them repeat business

The fact that the internet only worked intermittently. The staff in the evening were powerless to fix it as there is no support at night, unlike other business hotels at this price point. Also despite closing the pool and terrace in the morning for an event, it was only communicated by a note to the room when it was already unavailable. In short, it cost me a lot to provide the internet that the hotel had advertised.

Somewhat corporate and upstairs pool not always open My masseuse actually left the room whilst doing my massage and then left the door open so I could hear everything outside.
