A decent hotel but somewhat tired. Some very friendly staff among them.

Very rude check in: Presented to pay a higher price than booked, with no warning or explanation. Asking why, resulted in a rather aggressive attempt that I had to buy an additional package. Had absolutely no need for this package and they finally accepted the original payment after a very persistent discussion. This is a somewhat tired 5 star hotel and generally not the feel expected. Breakfast buffet often ran out of some foods, even there was only few people.

Ubicación

Llevo dos días durmiendo cuatro horas, la habitación es muy ruidosa y las camas no son cómodas. La puerta del baño quedó trabada y no se podía entrar al sanitario( en medio de la noche), logre finalmente abrirla , pero para lavarse las manos hay que encender todas las luces de la pieza para lograr llegar al lavamanos. Mal pensado.
