La actitud del personal, muy buena atención de las recepcionistas de la tarde. Buena ubicación

Las camas un poco viejas. Me solicitaron un depósito de $200.00 con la tarjeta de crédito por el control de la TV y me dijeron que al salir me lo reembolsaban y al checar mi cuenta sólo me devolvieron $1.00. Aguas con este tema

The place was very nice and clean

It was all good, only a lady part of the staff mentioned the check put was, or is at 11:30 am, which is okay, but the way she mentioned it was a little rude, other than that, it was perfect

El sillón y la mesa pareciera que se las encontraron en la basura, tener que dejar dinero para que te presten el control de la TV , el clima un ruido que molesto toda la noche...

La atención de su personal. Muy amables, muy cordiales.

La habitación era pésimo en cuanto a sus muebles. La TV toda inclinada sobre la pared. Los conectores eléctricos en mal estado. No habia toallas en el baño. No es la primera estancia que hacía en este hotel. Anteriormente, habitaciones muy de acuerdo a calidad y precio. Pero hoy, pésimo. Me reservaron la peor de sus habitaciones. Otro detalle, el desayuno ya no es buffet, pues tu escogias que desayunar, ahora no, ahora te sirven el plato con desayuno y hasta las bebidas. Eso si con una atención muy amable. Eso es indiscutible.

"Pesimo servicio"

Absolutamente nada. Pesimo

Pesimo servicio desde que llegamos. El hotel tiene televicion y miniplit pero sin controles tienes que pagar extra 200 de deposito que te regresan hasta en 48 hrs. Mucho ruido, exceso de gente en la alberca, el baño sucio del lavamanos, el desayuno no es bufet y esta muy lleno y a las 10 en punto ya no te quieren atender no importa si estaba lleno el comedor. Y tienes que llegar revisando muy bien todo porque despues te quieren cobrar si algo tiene algun detalle (si la cobija esta quemada o o algo a unque tu sepas que no lo hiciste porque no llevabas ningun objeto plaza etc) y es su palabra contra la tuya pero te afirman que debes pagar forzozamente. Muy groseras y prepotentes desde que se hace la reservacion. Cero de calificacion pesimo servicio. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
