"Bad customer service"

I like nothing about this place

A c was not cool at 2 o’clock in the morning. I asked to fix the security man said “ we have to wait till 9AM for the worker to be here. do not disturb the manger because this happened after hours … Damn it! I paid for no sleep and still charged full price.

Conveneint location.

The hotel is very old, although is spacious but the outside ambience is dark. The reception is handled by a security guard who not able to speak English.

spaceous apartment for a family of 6; local market and supermarket right at doorstep; beautiful city view at night time (from floor 11); 10mins to airport.

aircon in one room didnt work, the ones in the other two rooms were noisy.
