Planet Lodge Arusha was a joy to stay in. Rooms were great, service was outstanding. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here if I ever return to Arusha

Staff were very friendly, we had a deluxe room that was vast and very comfortable, all food was excellent and the massage i had was excellent.

My only complaint would be the cockerel alarm call

Everyone was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I screwed up the arrival and they handled everything with such grace. Sorry we didn't start longer

Staff was amazing. Peter the Driver, Gertrude at dining and Anna at front desk were standouts. Grounds were lovely. Best breakfast from lodges all week. Great about storing luggage for the week as well as interim during final day.

Wasn't happy about the early check-in fee of $30 nor the additional person fee of $43 for my second night after my husband joined me. I can understand a small charge for the additional breakfast but $43 was excessive. When I used Booking.com, I input 2 people for the second night and the software cookies must have changed it back to 1. While I appreciated the airport pick up, I wasn't informed about the $60 cost until after I checked in. It was never mentioned in the communication.

Privacy. Food. Staff very accommodating.

Lacking amenities: for example, no seating in the room. No hair dryer. The TV was blurry and minimal channels; would be nice to see something other than old sports events. Maybe world news.
