Before arrival, tried to contact the hotel directly, but the phones were not working. Upon arrival I was told they had been out two weeks. Very slow service, and understaffed. When we returned to our hotel after the rehearsal dinner party our keys did not work so we had to go back down stairs and reactivate them. There was not 24 7 Coffee bar, so no late coffee. Our sheets were full of human and pet hair. We had to go back down stairs and ask for new sheets. The water pressure in the lavatory was very low. The Tub Shower had rust around the drain and faucets. Several of our family members had not AC working in their rooms for both nigh stays. Others in our Wedding group arrived and were told they did not have a reservation even though they booked it 2 months ago. This is by far the worst Hotel we have ever stayed in. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy!

filthy and run down. floors were horribly dirty - rust was clacking into the bath water from the tub.

I don’t eat breakfast. They are the friendliest people I have ever met. The lights went out in the hotel. Not their fault we had a very good time visiting at the front desk due to the room being so hot and stuffy.

A coffee pot or keurig in the room. Had everything to make a cup of coffee but no way to make it.

I enjoyed breakfast.

When I checked in, I went to my assigned room. To my amazement, the room was not clean or made up. I informed the front desk and I was asked if I could come back so they could clean the room. I responded, "do you have another room available? After searching for a room, I was given (2) queen bedroom as opposed to a king bedroom. At that point, I was satisfied.

Room was very clean and very fresh clean smell, all sheets and towels were very nicely made.

Bath tub was extremely slippery while taking a shower, would like to see some kind of anti slip application placed in the tub, this would prevent serious injuries and reduce liability.

Electricity went out during the night all over town. Need battery powered light in room when this happens for safety.

The sheets were dirty, the toilet stained, the curtains with holes in them and there is a chance there were bedbugs, but we cannot confirm the last part as we didnt directly see them, just bug bites
