Service from housekeepers! 10/10

Receptionist came out after going toilet and served with no pants off. Pool was dirty, had a kid that reacted very badly to the chlorine as the tablet was exposed and in the pool itself and not the filter.

Bed was comfortable.

TV stand was broken & on angle. The fan in the bedroom, was broken. When the staff replaced towels, they didn't supply hand towel. No sugar supplied after day one. The swimming pool was cold, about 18degrees, I was looking forward to a relaxing swim. The cobwebs could do with removing.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean enough

The toilet has that 'old' smell , the pool wasn't heated, whilst I don't expect everything to be new you can tell they have renovated some parts like the kitchenette and shower, unsure why they didn't get a new toilet as well perhaps that would fix the smell. The beds were comfy however pillows need replacing , one wasn't enough and two was too much.

As we only stayed 1 night it certainly was excellent and as expected it would be...no complaints

Although the room was dated it was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Peter & his staff were friendly and accomodating. With in walking distance of shops. Nice and quiet after hours.

Clean, comfortable accomodation. Really helpful & friendly service.

Shower pressure & temperature was questionable.

The size of the unit was great for our family and it had everything we needed. Was great to have a full kitchen.

Some of the furniture needs replacing. The cleaner needs to clean under the furniture better.
