Location

The room wasn’t clean, there was hair all through the bathroom and over the floor and a used bandaid stuck on the bed side lamp the room also smelt like sewage

The location and accomodation was fine- clean, convenient and comfortable.

The lack of contact with a "real" person. The man I spoke with on the phone was frustrated when I rang back to check something. That is not conducive to a "welcome".
