Really good location. Rooms were clean. Good hotel breakfast

We arrived at 10pm we were booked in with ease and taken to our room by the reception staff, breakfast was hot, plentiful and of great selection. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Nothing w,as too much trouble for them at all. I would definitely recommend to others

Decent hotel for the value of the money. There was only one AC in the apartment which was not enough to cover the room. Also, the sewer in the bathroom smelled bad and had to cover it with one of the towels. Change of towels every 2 days.

Great little spot in Chania. I thought the pictures of the site here weren't overly impressive, but the room itself and the property overall were very nice. Nice location near central Chania

This is an OK hotel in a good location. Breakfast was included, which was a bonus. However, there are hardly any sun loungers by the pool area and you have to pay 5 EUR per day for sun loungers on the beach, even though the beach belongs to the hotel! The wifi is painfully slow (but it's free). The lady in the reception is not very helpful. We asked if we could possibly have some new towels one day and she simply said no. They are only changed every second day. If you're staying on the ground floor you may be woken up by noise from the people in the flat above.

Stayed for 2 weeks, can't wait to go back. 5 star hotels can learn from Indigo Mare. Great location, decent breakfast and staff that go outof their wayto help.

From the minute we walked into the hotel we felt as if we were at home. Staff were so very helpful at all times, the room cleaning staff always had a smile and the restaurant food was delicious. The swimming pool overlooked the sea and was a decent size. We would highly recommend this for location in Platanias, and we are very likely to return in the future. Thank you to all who made our stay very pleasant.

Booked May 9 – May 14. The Indigo Mare far surpassed my expectations. Gracious service, clean, absolutely the best in location – right on beach, short bus ride to Chania, and just off main road in Platanias which was quiet but near all the restaurants, cafés, etc. Would book again definitely.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent quality/price ratio. The pool and the restaurant are just on the beach and the whole building looks like an old borough. Lovely!

Nice quiet hotel, close to the ocean. This was our second time at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpsome.
