The hotel was very clean and it is nearly to restaurants, pharmacies. There’s walkable to a mall. It is a very practical option if you need to visit Xalapa City and you don’t want to spend a lot of money

Hay 3 hoteles Villa Margaritas, este es el mas antiguo, pero es funcional, el inconveniete es que en los pasillos hay moviliario de adorno como de antiguedad, en caso de incendio y evacuacion estorban , solo estube una noche, el centro esta lejos, y los taxis no tienen tarifa fija

A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Located directly across from Plaza Cristal which offers many food and drink options. The room was lovely. Courtyard in the middle was very nice and relaxing.

Muy bien la atención, solo que reserve una habitación mas grande y me dan una pequeña, que porque así son todas me dijo la recepcionista. Y que la habitación que solicité por Expedia estaba ocupada. Entonces no me dieron lo que yo pagué. Y fue más caro por Expedia. Ya que la tarifa rack en el hotel es mucho más barata.
