Мы (семья, ребёнок 9 лет) отдыхали 8-11 мая 2026 года. Отель расположен удобно, можно на такси быстро доехать до нужных мест в разные направления. Современный отель. Доброжелательный и быстроработающий ресепшн. Помогли с чемоданами, дали рекомендации по достопримечательностям и знаковым местам. Отличные завтраки в отеле. Особое спасибо за работу Aynur, которая окружает гостей заботой, вниманием, позитивом, быстро решает все возникшие вопросы и гоняет официантов. Она - большой молодец! Номер отлично убирали, всё необходимое из аксессуаров в нём было. Вполне приличный мини-бар. В номере было чисто, матрасы - удобные, антураж - приятный. Мы использовали доп. кровать. Она тоже была удобная. Комфортное лобби. Очень классный тренажёрный зал на последнем этаже с потрясающим видом (особенно с беговой дорожки). В общем, отель всем очень рекомендую!

1. Я ставлю "10 баллов". Вместе с тем есть моменты, которые можно улучшить: в один из вечеров не хотели выезжать из отеля, спустились в мясной ресторан съесть по стейку. Мы едим только тендерлойн из блэк ангусов, которое было в меню, но по факту его не оказалось. Так себе работает закупщик. Официант очень плохо ориентировался в меню. Хостес сказала, что можно заказать стейки в мясном ресторане, а если хотим что-то "итальянское" к стейкам, то можем из соседнего ресторана по их меню заказать. Официант сделал вид, что первый раз такое слышит. В винной карте не ориентируется. В общем, для мясного ресторана - это уверенная "тройка с минусом" по пятибалльной шкале. 2. В номере не очень хорошо уходила вода в раковине, но не критично. 3. Кондиционер в номере слабо охлаждает номер. Для тех, кто хочет снизить температуру до 18-19 градусов в комнате - не получится. Видимо, ориентация на тех, кто предпочитает 22-23 градуса и выше.
