A thoroughly impressive experience! The place itself is wonderful, and the staff consistently demonstrates exceptional kindness and helpfulness—they truly deserve a perfect 10/10. ​The only downside was the breakfast. It felt overpriced for the quality and quantity provided, and the food was a bit too oily. Apart from the breakfast, everything else about the people and the place was absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended, but hope they improve the morning culinary experience

LITERALLY AMAZING! We could not have been more happy with our stay here! Planning to go back next year already. Staff (Hepepha especially) could not have been more helpful. 24hr security so you don't worry about leaving your belongings alone. Rooms and ensuites (outside for the upstairs bedrooms) are well sized, and staff bug spray before letting down the mosquito nets every evening. We had BBQ on the beach and in-house massages which I would highly recommend. Staff can also arrange for laundry to be done, and for activities. Snorkels, sea shoes and flippers provided as you are staying right on Turtle Point - we saw 8 turtles one morning, earlier the better!

Absolutely everything was perfect. Location, staffs were so kind to me during my stay, specially the front desk. Thanks for everyone there. Gili will be always in my memories!

Some small thinks need to be fixed in the room, but it does not impact the great experience that I had staying in Laguna Beach.

Perfecte plek bij het strand! Bedjes op het strand, eten en drinken wordt gebracht en snorkelen tussen de mooiste vissen en schildpadden! Beter kan niet.

Houdt rekening dat het Islam gebied is, er wordt vaak opgeroepen voor gebed. Dit begint 's ochtends vroeg.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel situé à Gili trawagan côté sunset. Bel piscine. Petit déjeuner avec buffet, sur la plage, les pieds dans le sable. Gauffre exceptionnelle.

Nous avons aimé cet endroit car nous avons prolongé notre séjour d’une troisième nuit qui n’était pas prévu. Malheureusement, nous avons dû changer de chambres pour le troisième jour, ce qui est pénible. L’hôtel est très grand et soit disant complet. Mais bizarrement, la chambre moins cher situé au fond de l’hôtel sans vu sur la piscine était mieux…
