Overall nice! Nice staying there! Air conditioner didn't worked that well

It was a very memorable experience. Thankyou expedia and mahagun sarovar portico to making it so much memorable :) Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out everything was done smoothly, there was no delay and no hustle

Stayed 4nights, P Courteous my car at hotel....it has valet parking which is quite good, got a room upgrade. Quiet rooms though mine faced inside the mall, good. Comfortable room. Some issue with electrical charging points but was attended to promptly. Will recommend stay if you are around. Vauxhali metro station is about 200m away. Convenience of nice mall right next door. Good options to eat within hotel or at .....MC Donalds... food court. Courteous staff.

Surprised to have a room with a view into the adjacent shopping center for my second stay here, but it made it so quiet at night. The hotel is great and the staff are friendly. There is a nice roof top swimming pool and bar where you can get a meal. The local area outside is a bit rough and dirty. But the metro system is only a short tut tut ride away, and at only about 18p the metro is a quick and cheap way of getting into the center of Delhi.

V good mid end hotel. Price is good. Excellent vfm. Mahagun mall gr8 for all kinds of shopping. Sec4 vaishali market and analysis Plaza within walking distance. Hotel is in the same building as mahagun mall. Staff are well mannered and competent to take care of u. Restaurant is quite good. Several eating options around the hotel too...already mentioned Malls...then u have walk in the woods...haldirams and bikanerwala etc not too far away. Vaishali metro station close by. Will recommend for families also.

Good Hotel. stay was pleasant. Buffet Breakfast was good.

The stay was really nice,comfortable but the Only problem that i faced was during check out in the morning.My card was swiped 2 times and the money got deducted 2 times. Didnt liked the checkout it almost took my 30 minutes.

May be it is common in India, but the common areas of the hotel(elevator, hallways etc) were not air conditioned and the staff thought that was normal. we booked the hotel due to its star rating. Considering the peak summer climate of Delhi (upper 40 degree C) one should stay away from this hotel especially during summer.

We checked into the hotel to escape the oppressive Delhi heat and found that the room was chilled out despite the frequent power outages . We asked for a non smoking room but were checked into a smoking room with twin beds ( we asked for a double bed ) . When we asked to change the room we were told that room freshener would refresh it but on insistence we were finally given another room ( also an upgrade to a bigger room ) The whole process took over two hours. There is free wi fi for 4 hours but despite 6 attempts the wi fi password did not work . However overall the provision of a micro in the room and cutlery was good cos we could reheat and use food . Amazingly the pool was not in operation at a time when we would all have loved to have a soak .
