Nartel Hotel

There's really nothing to fault about this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide terrific service and ensure that all of my needs were met. Esat in particular was extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel was in excellent shape. The food in the restaurant was also much, much better than one might expect, all at a reasonable price There was little or no need to eat out. There was also a small supermarket right up the street to purchase various odds and ends. The breakfast also had a nice variety of food. The only knock one could have against the hotel was the fact that it wasn't located in the center of town. However, it was only a 20 minute walk to get there or alternately, a 3 Euro cab ride. So, in many ways, the location wasn't really a drawback at all. I'm glad to recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Pristina, whether it be for business or pleasure.

The room was a little small but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the restaurant downstairs was good. I would stay there again.

Hotel Nartel really is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. I am happy to say, "There were no bed bugs." That seems to be what others had to say. The food at the restaurant is excellent and has a great price. Do try the Kosovo wine. It is fabulous. Kosovo is a great place, and Hotel Nartel is a very nice hotel to stay in while here temporarily or between finding a place to live.

Stayed at Hotel Nartel for the second time. Great quality hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, clean and functional. As a business traveler, was very happy to note that the free wifi functioned well and the room service food was quite tasty. The location of the hotel is outside of the city centre but which is easily accessible with a taxi. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Courteous English speaking staff running a well finished decent hotel

A very modern, stylish hotel with a beautiful interior. The rooms are well furnished and although basic, have a good tv, comfy mattress and free wifi. The bathroom is very clean and the shower is great. There is also free access to the well equipped gym next door. The centre of Pristina (mother teresa street) is about 20 minutes walk away, or a 2-3EU taxi. The hotel is in a developing part of the city, near from the main road in and out, making the surrounding area not particularly pleasant for an afternoon stroll, but it is safe and useful if you travel by car. The staff were great and happy to help with anything, be it room service or printing. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the food was great, especially breakfast which was far better than most Eastern European hotels. If you need a base in the city, this hotel is ideal.

A very pleasant hotel: clean, tidy, with all the amenities a business traveller would need. The decor is fresh and bright, the room was aesthetically pleasing, the bathroom well equipped and of a high standard. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and was a buffet with a good selection of (generally) fresh food served in the restaurant with a sunny terrace. The restaurant was a pleasant place to eat in the evening as well. The reception staff went out of their way to help me, as did many of the other staff.

The hotel was clean and beautiful, the shower was most impressive. It is very close to the bus station and within easy walking distance of the city center, there is a nice market close by The staff was accommodating , the breakfast lovely, i would recommend this hotel to all.
