The staff was kind. Location in the city center. clean room.

The hotel was extremely noisy. There is no parking at the hotel and the staff directs you to free parking nearby. Basic breakfast.

"Lovely and romantic escape for two"

The room and the view to the Matterhorn were lovely. The bed was comfy with crispy bedsheets. The breakfast was good - big choice of sweet (croissants, cakes, home-made cookies, dry and fresh fruits, muesli) and salty options (eggs, ham, cheese). We also tried the dinner menu and it was quite tasty (35€/person). We would like especially note the staff who was serving the food. Free use of SPA in the hotel is an additional plus- sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi and relax area for a great relaxation after skiing.

Bad smell in the corridors, elevator and especially at -1 floor.
