everything was good except poor servce(not friendly at all), and not very tidy

The rooms are very small. No place to keep your luggage. The bathroom is very very small for a guest to occupy. The management is horrible. U need to remind them the same order 3 times.

Executive room was very comfortable except the size very small.

Worth for ur money

The A C in room wouldn't work untill 5th day of my stay; i heard the reply given to a complainant that the management was not responsible for lapse in AC in rooms and only the AC repair persons were responsible, hence there was no scope for me to lodge a complaint. The food supplied in rooms, some items were found stale and raw fish instead of fully cooked ones. Too much salt in most food. Hygiene was doubtful. At the first instant on the reception desk you wouldn't find a pleasant face. No space to park cars.

Dispite its name this is not a businessman friendly hotel. No wireless, no direrct dialing from your room phone. The room was clean and had a nice layout, but the building airconditioner was above it and made it noisy, but did cover up the street noice.

Great Hotel. The room was just sufficient. There was no wastage of space. The bathroom was really well planned with a shower closet. Also the location of the hotel is excellent. Very near Park street.

Except for food everything is OK and can improve on things like giving wifi facility etc. By the way food is very very costly.

i stayed there for 2 nights. very well located and good build quality however the management probably is new in the business.. you would never feel good if you're stuck in the lift just because the power backup in insufficient.. leaking toilet in spite of complaint was not taken care of.. no wifi nor cable in the room.. but given the location and the facilities the hotel is a good value for money for short stay..
