"Great location in Manila"

Location is perfect for visiting main sights in Manila. Rooms are ok with good bath. The rooftop is great for cocktails and snacks looking at the sunset. The staff was excellent and accommodating. The doormen were great helping us with our transportation. They gave me a sweet treat on my birthday. Very thoughtful. Breakfast us ok but with limited choices.

Good size of the room

Parking staff have conflicting policies. One staff said that you have to deposit 100 pesos to keep your stall (returned when you come back). And another said you don't need to deposit anything!

"The appreciation."

The employee Salas is amazing!!! I got some accident in first day at Manila, but Mr Salas helps me a lot (For example, he took me to the police station, also police officers are amazing, gave me a water, translate and follow the thing that I neeed!!) Thanks a lot!!! And hotel is also convenient and clean. I recommend to all traveler's for this hotel. SALAMAT!!

"Excellence in the heart of Intramuros"

Stayed here for a couple nights and liked it so much that we extended 2 more nights. The staff are kind, helpful and professional. The food is great. We love going to the SkyDeck for sunset while enjoying both Filipino and western cuisine. Many thanks to Marlon and Kristine for helping us as we tested different rooms each day. We’ll be back in a few weeks to enjoy again 😎

"Within the walls of somewhere special"

Bay leaf hotel within the castle walls of Intramuros, Manila, is special. Within walking distance of the National Art Gallery, the National Anthropological Museum, and the Natural History Museum; just a spits throw to Harbour View, Manila Bay, and the oldest China Town in history. Hotel room overlooked the lovely view of the castle walls with a lusciously green moat converted into a pretty golf club. The Sky Deck on the roof of the hotel has sensurround scenery across the whole city skyline and serves delicious food. Customer service is very friendly and courteous. Special shout out to Marlon - the bellman; and Kristine - front desk. Really enjoyable stay.
