séjour sur 14 jours. commencons par le points qui fâchent lorsque nous sommes arrivés , la réception n'avait pas notre réservation de hotels.com, ( mésaventure également rencontrée par d'autres clients ), dans notre cas le problème a été résolu sans problème, car la résidence était presque vide . L'immeuble s'appelle BO and Spa , malheureusement la partie SPA n'est pas fonctionnelle , l'a t'elle été , on peut se le demander car nous avions visité la résidence un an auparavant et il était déjà fermé. Autre point négatif, la cuisine un peu ridicule au niveau équipement pas de four , très peu de vaisselle. Passons aux points positifs , Tous les appartements ont une très belle vue sur la mer, les appartements sont récents spacieux lumineux, bien équipés (écran plat, internet par câble , wifi) , pour le moment bien entretenus, l'immeuble est tranquille pas de boit de nuit à proximité. Naturellement il faut une voiture car l'immeuble est excentré . L'offre de résidence hotelière étant extrêmement réduite , cette résidence est un bon choix , d'autant que nous avions testé une autre résidence à proximité pendant 3 ans totalement délabrée

Nice big rooms but no attention to details.....Stayed there last Xmas for 30 days and it had promise...but noting has gotten better and maybe it has gotten worse. The place needs a manager that cares about the guest & about the place.

Let me start with the positives. The hotel is modern, the room was spacious and the balcony a welcome addition. The staff and cleaners were very polite even with the language barrier issues we had. However, we had issues with the room and the facilities. The cooker top blew on first use, several of the bulbs didn't work and there was no information pack in the room on arrival. Room service was non-existent, the restaurant (when it was open) served poor quality food, all of which was cold by the time it arrived at our room. The gym and sauna facilities were both closed and on one occasion the hotel couldn't even provide a bottle opener for us. Given the remote location of the hotel and it's distance from bars and restaurants we ended up eating up and cooking in at least once a day. It's a good 30min walk to reasonably priced bars and around 45-50mins walk to the marina. If all the facilities were open and the restaurant improved, then I'm sure it would have left a more positive impression, as it stands I couldn't recommend this hotel based on our experiences.

Disappointing

Situation idéal, face à la plage, hors de la zone festive. Chambre magnifique et confortable. Disponibilité des femmes de service.La restriction se situe au niveau de la réception et du restaurant. Ce dernier propose de bons repas mais il est impossible de se faire servir une bouteille de vin pour les accompagner. Plus grave le restaurant est ouvert aux seules heures des repas. Impossible de se faire servir un café ou une patisserie au milieu de l'après-midi. Il faut donc prendre sa voiture pour se rendre dans un autre établissement. En ce qui concerne la réception, bien que très gentil le personnel semble peu au fait des usages de l'hôtel. Nombreuses ont été les informations erronées qui nous ont-été communiquées.

The hotel is reasonably close to the beach, but nothing else. There are kitchens, but no nearby markets to buy food in. Perhaps once all the nearby construction is completed it will be different. The wifi signal was very weak in the rooms. The private balconies and the pool area were the highlights. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Het was een aangenaam verblijf. Jammer dat ze niet vermeld hadden op de website dat het restaurant en spa gesloten waren voor vernieuwingen tijdens de ramadam. Nice hotel but they didn't say anything that the restaurant and spa where clossed in the ramadam periode. :-(

Pænt og stort værelse. De var igang med at renovere restauranten så der var ikke mulighed for at spise inden for 1 km. Hotellet ligger midt i et område hvor der opføres rigtig mange nye hoteller og ligger lidt uden for byen

Even though the hotel is not directly on the beach, it takes less then ten minutes to get there. The surrounding is not so beautiful, due to many building sites. We got offered a good rate and got good value for the price. The Italian restaurant serves nice, but expensive food. Red Taxi to the Taxi station with many authentic eating-out places cost little more then ten DH, sometimes 20. What could have been better are the pool temperature and the hotel decoration and choice of food. There is almost no hint of Morocco in the whole hotel. Even the pictures in the room showed chestnuts, autumn leaves and other things one would not connect with Morocco. A water cooker for tea would have been more convenient than the provided pot on the stove.
