The Beach Cabarita

Excellent location. Spacious apartment. Very good pools. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The block of apartments is about 18 years old and is looking a bit "tired". A good exterior clean and paint would make a great difference. Our unit had a few defects which we reported, nothing serious but needed attention. We were able to just manage the stairs up to our level 3 but many might not be able to. Potential guests should be asked about their mobility to handle some steep stairs. We greatly apricated being able to sleep in another room for 2 nights when normal power was replaced by a noisy generator directly below our room.

Great facilities, amazing location.

We stayed in apartment 106 and it was directly above the smoking area of the pub below. It meant we could not sit on the balcony or have the balcony doors open once the smokers started, which was really disappointing as the balcony was lovely.

Location couldn’t be beaten. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Room/unit was large, clean, damage free and well laid out.

Beds were a little hard for some of the group, but purely an individual issue. Couldn’t really fault the property.

Reception was helpful and always had a smile. Proximity to beach and shops was great. Pools were very much enjoyed especially by kids.

Room 109 Room 401 stairs and afternoon sun Bin smells that permeated from garage through to apartment areas.

Location, spaciousness of the apartment and cleanliness.

The bed in the masterbedroom was uncomfortably soft and on one side it was like a canoe, giving us poor nights sleeps and sore backs. Sorry ❤️
