Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due upon arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates, which require full prepayment at the time of confirmation. Please note that the rate includes a weekly change of bed linen and towels for stays longer than 6 nights. For stays of 6 nights or more, a mandatory final cleaning fee of € 50.00 per apartment applies, to be paid directly at the property. Please note that parking is subject to availability and must be booked directly with the property. The cost is € 15.00 per day. Please note that the activation and deactivation of the heating and air conditioning systems are regulated by the local government in accordance with current regulations. Please contact the property by phone in advance for further details before making your reservation. As an indication, the heating system is active from mid-October until the end of April, and the air conditioning is active approximately from May until the end of September.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
