La Barbarie Hotel by Eight Continents

Would like to return in warmer climates to indulge in the Hotel & area.

An excellent hotel in a quiet tranquil area of Guernsey. A bus stop outside to get into St Peters Port plus several other restaurants and pubs close by should you not want to eat at the hotels superb restaurant. I recommend a deluxe room with a balcony for a bit more space. No fridge in the room.

Lovely stay, all the staff were friendly and super helpful and a full vegan menu in the restaurant was great for us.

We spent 3 days at LaBarbarie and enjoyed every moment. The staff was exceptional; the restaurant amazing and the surrounding stunning. Enjoyed every moment and our stay in Guernsey was fantastic.

5th time staying there. Never been disappointed. Only issue was a lack of hire cars and taxis which are needed to get around the island. Used buses in the end so had to restrict everything around them. Not the hotels fault.

This was a delightful place to stay for our 6 nights in Guernsey. The room was very comfortable and quiet, so we slept well. Food at dinner was very high quality. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay at La Barbarie and would certainly return.

Room was lovely and well equipped although could do with a usb socket for devices. Restaurant worth booking into, staff efficient, hrlpful and friendly.

Great place to stay. Food fabulous. Staff excellent.

Comfortable, clean, well-appointed & reasonable value - what's not to like?
