Rather isolated position but close to Saints Bay and to a bus stop for St Peter Port. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent food.

Our stay here was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The food is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and happy! Guernesey is a beautiful island. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Amazing stay once again - staff were so friendly and helpful in particular Jenine on reception - a real credit to herself and the hotel. This was our 3rd stay at this beautiful hotel and absolutely won't be our last.

Excellent location, food, staff, service, .A real find.

Staff are so welcoming and pay attention to detail. We appreciated a card congratulating us on our 42nd wedding anniversary. Our room was very comfortable and we appreciated being on the ground floor. Food was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. Excellent location for visiting attractions. Would strongly recommend.

Always a pleasure staying at La Barbarie. We have recommended it to so many of our friends and were delighted to see that it was still up to these excellent standards when we returned recently. The food was even better than I remembered and the staff are all so attentive and friendly.

Pleasant room ,helpful staff,excellent restaurant .

Disappointed by the bathroom. It was vey cramped and had somewhat dated fittings. We dislike shower curtains although the one in the hotel was clean. Also surprised that tablets of soap were provided as we haven’t seen these in good quality hotels for some time.
