Místo objednaného a zaplaceného ubytování jsme byli ubytováni v naprosto odlišné kategirii ubytování, ale rozdíl ceny nám nebyl vrácen

Frokosten og wellnesen

Vi bodde i en sidebygning langt fra hotellet. Uteområdet var skittent,og møblene ødelagt. Badekåpen var alt for liten og var revnet. Vi følte vi var på camping. Ikke verdig et 5 stjerners hotell,og absolutt ikke verdt prisen i forhold til norsk kurs. Hotellet ser veldig bra ut,så hadde vi bodd der hadde nok inntrykket vært noe annet. Anbefaler å bopå hotellet. Merkelig nok er prisen den samme.

The setting of the hotel is amazing, and the facilities were good. The food in the two restaurants was very good. Staff had obviously been very well trained, and our interactions with them were very natural.

We brought our dog with us, and had to stay in a small outbuilding, which is where the dog friendly rooms are located. It is behind a wine bar that isn't related to the hotel. there are two rooms which are in the area where the empty bottles are kept from the wine bar - not quite dumpsters, but not far off. We were told there was a "terrace", which turned out to be a table and a couple of chairs in the paved area where the wine bar staff kept the empty bottles. The room was tiny, very hot (as the only window opened out onto the "terrace") and didn't really feature anything scandinavian or "hygge". It could have been a hotel room at an airport anywhere in the world.

Dejligt værelse, men glemte at sig, at toiletbrættet sad helt løst!! Men ikke det store problem. Vi nød vores overnatning.
