Citypoint Apartments

Very spacious flat right near the city center. Clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the on-site parking was nice to have. Would definitely stay here again!

They sold it to us as a 4 person apartmebt but there were beds only for two unless you are a midget.

Nice, clean accommodation. Mattresses could be better and the carpets need to be updated

Most of the outlets in the apartment did not work. Initially we were pleased that there were so many outlets compared to other locations but then had the frustration of tying each one out and learning only a few worked. When I mentioned it to the guy at the desk he kind of blew it off. They also did not communicate that anyone checking in with a car needed to go to the Western Hotel first, Usually you can pull into a garage then get you ticket stamped at the hotel or get the fob to get out.

Great people at reception. Very helpful. The beds are super old. Requires update. There was a heavy smell in the kitchen.

The apartment was clean and well kept. Had everything that we needed. Only thing I would comment on is the windows/noise level. The windows don’t seem to block out any of the outside noise. We were surprised to be hearing the seagulls squawking all night long.

Pros: close to train station, bus terminal, and tours meeting points. Lot of light in the kitchen/dinning/living room. Cons: it isn't serviced as I expected. Mold in the shower, small bathroom with no place to put toiletries. Small bed and not comfortable. Many snacks and drinks to buy three times more expensive that in the supermarket across the street. Very hot inside, only two windows can be opened, and you have to deal with street noises. No working light in the hallway. I didn't use the kitchen, glasses had stains .(Floor4). Overpriced, I beware of extra charges.

The property was in a great location. It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The property was clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Functional. Easy access. Good location.

The place was large but generally run down. Stained, cigarette burned carpet, broken washing machine, kitchen barely had any contents. Check in required going a block up the street to another hotel. Our balcony had a coffee cup full of water and cigarette butts on it. The place was just generally grubby& old.
