Key Highlights: Logistics: Travel arrangements for my office were seamless. Special thanks to Makmodul Hussain, Haider Ali, Policy Rao, and Nandu for being so prompt and professional. Inclusivity: I was highly impressed by the hotel’s commitment to social responsibility. It’s heartening to see they hire Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and empower them with roles tailored to their capabilities. Breakfast: Very good, with a great variety of healthy options. Areas for Improvement: Dinner: The dinner menu was not up to the mark and needs improvement to match the high standard of the other services. Biryani is widely favourite dish of everyone which was not upto the mark. General Feedback: All other facilities were good, and the service was consistently timely.
