Excellent apartment with balcony and sea view. Only 1 minute walk to the beach. Also, bus stop to Fira1 minute away. I would definitely stay again.

What is not to like? New bedrooms, beautiful, clean and practical. The pool is amazing! Sunny the whole day. There is even a rack to put your wet clothes (a must with bathing suits and children) on the back balcony - that’s right, there are two. A front one you can use in the morning ing when the sun comes from the back of the hotel, and the bigger one, in the back, that even has a table and a bench. Not to mention the personnel! Everyone is SO nice! We had to borrow some sugar on our first morning, and the person responsible (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!! She was THE nicest person!) was more than willing to give us some. She even got some chocolate to my son as a gift :) The cleaning lady cleaned the floors and bathrooms everyday, it was really clean.

I wanted to say nothing, but the Wi-Fi only works on the front porch (we stayed at room 1, on the farthest edge of the hotel, so maybe that is the reason).

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms kept every day clean. Great location, close to the best Black Beach at Santorini (others are small and so comfortable for all day stay).

What we loved the most about Mary Rooms was the nearness to the beach and the overall look of the apartment. Wifi works despite Mary Rooms saying it works only in common areas. Supermarket is at a small distance, as are the restaurants at the beach.

The curtain in the bathroom is constantly touching you when going to the restroom. You can't avoid that. If you have to leave very early for a flight, you either have to walk a while to the bus station in the dark, or need to take a shuttle. However, that is not the fault of the apartment.

Clean rooms, conveniently located next to one of the best beaches of the island.

Owners are great hosts, super friendly and professional. We feel most welcome. The cleanliness of the accommodation and the hospitality exceeded our expectations.

Everything was super clean. Pool was superb. Bus stop close by.
