Unfortunately, the hotel is currently renovating several rooms. As a result, there is significant construction noise throughout the day, starting at 9:00 a.m. This considerably affected the quality of our stay. Had we been informed in advance, we could have planned accordingly. For a pleasant and relaxing stay, such disruption without prior notice is not acceptable.

La ubicación y limpieza.

La incomodidad del parking , ya que aparcan varios coches uno detrás de otro, y cuando alguien quiere salir deben de bajar todos a sacar el coche . Tampoco hay ascensor, aunque creo que están construyéndolo.

"Decepción"

El hotel tenía instalaciones bonitas

A pesar de ser bonito cuando llegamos el cuarto no estaba limpio cuando nos lo asignaron tuvimos q esperar 40 min para q lo arreglen. Su única forma de arreglar fue darnos una hora más al check out lo cual no nos interesaba. El cuarto tenía varias arañas así como la ducha no funcionaba le hicimos saber al personal de recepción para que se contacte con alguien y lo único que hicieron fue proporcionar un alicate para que lo solucionemos. No hubo ningún descuento por las molestias puesto que pagamos al ingresar. Una decepción total ya que dijeron que se contactarían con el administrador pero nunca apareció
