The rooms were new and very comfortable. Everything was very clean. You also get a massive smart tv with Netflix. Hotel is just outside the city center, about 10 min walking. Very quiet during the night, we slept very well.

They are still finishing half of the hotel. Would have appreciated if this was communicated in advance. The builders work from 10:00 until 17:00. We arrived the first day after a night bus with little sleep so would have loved to have a nap, but that seemed to be impossible with construction going on. The umbrellas are not hanging over the courtyard anymore so the pictures look different than reality. Still a beautiful hotel though, especially when it will be finished.

Better comunication with recepcion

We really enjoyed the jacuzzi. the calm garden, modern and big rooms, continues warm water, breakfast in the garden, comfortable beds and really nice personnel. Many thanks!

The room wasn’t as clean as expected (strands of hair).

Big and modern room and bathroom, clean with possibility of daily cleaning, heater, very quiet (hotel away from the road), decent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to city center, mall, and yanuahara. We had a comfortable stay here for one week. Good value!

Sometimes breakfast was not ready and cold, but that's just being picky.

We arrived at 4:30 am by bus, why we asked of the possibility of getting our room earlier. Even tho this wasn't possible due to cleaning, we got to stay in their commonarea and was later offered breakfast. It was obvious that the staff worked as hard as they could to make our room ready, why we got this at 9 am. Really, really nice! The room was fantastic with everything from a mini fridge we could use, to a little fan and a lot of storage room. The shower was AMAZING and there was hot water as well. The bed was really comfortable and there was memory foam pillows to use as well in the room. The breakfast was alright, nothing much.

The room needed a trashcan, why we only had the tiny one for toiletpapir in the bathroom. The drain in the shower didn't drain the water very well, why there easily were too much water on the ground and the shower had to be closed for a moment a couple of times during a shower, for the water to drain. There was a language barrierer with one of the evening managers, where we wanted to order breakfast to go the next morning for our hike (instead of eating our breakfast at the hotel). He didn't understand this, why he wanted my bf to pick something from a menu instead, which he then did. When I went to speak with him, he then understood what we wanted and this being possible. Tho we couldn't undo the order for the other food, which was a bit annoying, since it all came down to a misunderstanding.

Nice design, nice bathroom, good location to the city center but still a little more calm.

- Disproportionately small and short bed - Ants in our room - Linear parking! First in, last out which can lead to being called early in the morning to move your car.
