The room was clean & tidy. Good outdoor features....plants and lights, etc.

We requested room service breakfast and we were told to have breakfast in the dining area. After we had had breakfast we were told to pay for it....we thought that was quite rude. The breakfast was not cheap. It seemed the hotel was out to make money from their guests, considering we had to pay for the accomodation way in advance.

Location was perfect & hotel too with nice breakfast spread having varieties of options

Front desk manager response was very arrogant, we have booked for half board & wanted to shift for lunch instead of dinner but he refused saying 8:20 pm is late for this communication as we have never faced such issue in any other 5star properties it was very unusual for me.

Quiet location near the clean part of Puri beach. Big room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Nice swimming pool area. Friendly staff.

Bathroom does not match the 5-star status of the hotel, it is rather 2-star (it is small, not very clean and corrosion is visible at internal window screen and shower). Overall, cleanliness, or the lack thereof, is not what you would expect in a so-called premium standard hotel; windows for example are never cleaned it seems. Other premium hotel brands I have stayed in India are much better. Value is not what you pay for.
