Stayed at the Billy resort for three nights in a luxury queen tent Absolutely loved the accommodation and property Very in tune with the local environment loved staying in a glamping tent. It was very clean comfortable well positioned in Cable Beach Tent had a modern bathroom with a lovely kitchenette in the back with ceiling fans and air-conditioning A very nice veranda area where you could sit and have outside meals that have just been cooked on your private bbq Dean and his lovely wife Sharelle were hosts of this property and they are doing a wonderful job very friendly and available to you whenever you need help with anything along with their well experienced and pleasant reception staff and resort staff Thoroughly recommend this property to everyone I must when you stay in Broome

We had the best stay at Billi’s. After a few weeks of dusty campsites the the beautiful Glamping accomm was luxurious relief. Gorgeous ensuite with bath & fully equipped small kitchen. Very comfortable. Lovely pool. Beautiful gardens which made you feel secluded. Free use of laundry facilities. Close to li Ely Cable Beach swimming & pubs, cafes. Congrats to management & staff, thanks for a lovely stay.

Staying at The Billi Resort was a delight. Our eco tent was surrounded by beautiful lush garden, filled with bird life. The tent was filled with all you would need for a comfortable stay. The grounds are really lovely including the pool. You will need a car if you stay here though.

From the moment we arrived, shortly before 11 am, we knew booking this place was a grave mistake. After a grueling journey from Europe to Broome, all we wanted was a bit of consideration, as we were set to join an expedition ship the next morning. Yet, when we asked if we could check into our room early as we were very tired, the ladies at reception were completely inflexible. Despite the check-out time being 10 am, they informed us that we might have to wait until 3 pm for the rooms to be cleaned. No effort to accommodate us, just a hollow promise of an email if a room was ready sooner. A decent service would have prepared a room as a courtesy. ( We were ready to pay a supplement ) Left with no choice, we thought we could at least wait in the house coffee shop. To our dismay, we were told that there is no catering service at this so-called "resort." Only self-catering. This is absurd for a resort, which is supposed to be a haven of recreation, dining, and superior amenities. Instead, we were offered the chance to hire a car from the "resort" because the nearest supermarket isn’t within walking distance. However, we were informed that no extra insurance could be purchased. In case of an accident, we would be on the hook for 3500 AUD ourselves. Our credit card, which includes insurance coverage, was not accepted. With no proper waiting area available – neither indoors nor outdoors, except for an uncomfortable bench outside the reception or by the pool in full sun – we had to wait at a neighboring hotel that had a café offering beverages and meals. Ultimately, we only got into our studio 10 min before 3 PM. Flexibility: zero points. Poor customer service. Studio No. 9 was not only adjacent to the lobby but also faced the street and the parking lot. The furniture was stained and outdated. Also in this room there was no internet connection possible. This place cannot be called a resort and is extremely overpriced. Staying here was an unequivocal mistake.

We loved our stay at Billi resort. The pool is so so peaceful, we went there each morning and had it to ourselves. The scenery is so tropical full of palm trees and other greenery. Felt like we were in Indonesia. Friendly helpful staff. A pleasant surprise that guests have access to free laundry and free rental of push bikes - we cycled to cable beach for sunset drinks.

Secluded bliss for a few days, absolutely loved our relaxing few days at the tropical paradise, the Billi. Staff were friendly and helpful and accommodation delightful. We were very thankful for a surprise upgrade, the studio was great but the villa spacious and modern with everything required. The Billi is a decent but pleasant walk to cable beach, however, bus stop not far away and bikes for hire at the property. Would certainly recommend and visit again. Thank you Billi Resort.

The resort is beautiful, it’s relaxing and tranquil, this is probably because the staff are wonderful, they are constantly working to keep the place looking its best, and are very extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Our daughter had her wedding there and when they put up the lights and lanterns the place was transformed, it was a wonderful time. Although the staff were all there and extremely busy looking after all of the guests they managed to keep very much in the background. I would highly recommend staying there.

We stayed in the two bedroom villa which was very spacious and comfortable.The room was lovely with lovely views and you feel like you've stepped into a nice little oasis. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool looked nice though we didn't get time to take a dip. The only grouse i have is that the 2 bedroom villa had just one bathroom (with the toilet within, not separate) which can become challenging to share amongst 4 people.

We stayed for 7 nights at The Billi and had an enjoyable and relaxing stay in a King Safari Tent. The tent was well equipped and the outdoor shower was no problem since the days were around 35C and the nights still warm. The pool area was nice however the pool was quite cold so we only had quick dips. Would definitely recommend getting a hire car as most restaurants and attractions are a good walk away - the resort has a hire car and also bikes/e-bikes available. Broome also has e-scooters dotted around the town however these are probably best left to younger travellers. Our tent had air-conditioning and a ceiling fan - you do notice some noise from the outside fauna (some type of cricket and various birds) and traffic so if you are a light sleeper I would recommend you opt for a villa rather than a tent. Interesting to see the camels walk by each afternoon on the way to Cable Beach. The staff at The Billi were very courteous and helpful and we really enjoyed the feeling of returning to a lush oasis after a day out in the heat.

A beautiful peaceful location in a lovely tropical setting. The villas were furnished very well and were spacious and very clean. The pool was lovely and a great place to spend a lazy morning. It's a bit out of the way of shops etc, a car is a necessity but the resort has one to rent so that would make it easy for those without a vehicle. I'd heartily recommend the Billi.
