Sunny Apartment - Guangzhou Beijing Road Jinyuan

โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้แหล่งช็อปปิ้ง เดินทางไปมาสะดวกสบาย เจ้าหน้าที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมาก สื่อสารเข้าใจตรงกัน

The apartment was excellent for value... ie clean, roomy, good view and most importantly in an excellent location for shopping, sightseeing, restaurants and Metro stations.. We could stay there another week easily... We definitely will stay there if opportunities arise...

The room is comfort. Resonable price. But no drinking water in room.

A rundown apartment which need upgrading fast! Amenities not working so need to change room but the room smell of urine. Wifi was a bit slow too. The only good about it was the location in central city.

Best location, just 1 minute from MRT station. Save your time. Recommended for bussiness trip.nice view in 33 floor

The building need a complete renovation and it look like they have done it on some floor but not on floor 15. It is not a hotel a should recommend - specially floor 15.

広州の市場へ買い付けの際に利用させていただきました。 このホテル1番の魅力は『立地の良さ』でした。 広州最大の卸売店が集合した『万菱広場』まで、徒歩10分圏内。 隣にはコンビニがあり、部屋着のまま買い物ができる気楽さがありました。 日本だと渋谷のようなイメージの『北京路』が徒歩2〜3分で、遊びにも適しています。 ホテル内に中華料理店やマッサージ店などがあり、施設として不満はありませんでした。 設備面では、 風呂、トイレ、洗面台が1つになっており、快適とは言い辛いです。高級感はありません。 日本で言う、『ビジネスホテル』の感覚に近いですね。 安さと交通の利便性を求める方なら、オススメできるホテルです。

Room was not clean. Had to change the same. All floors lobby is a big mess. The only good thing about the place is just opposite a metro station and very close to shopping area.
