"Always a great stay"

We stay at this location every time we come to San Antonio and it never disappoints. It's always clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The only issue is the other guest. UNF there isn't anything the facility can do about the way other people act. And it is unfair to the staff to be treated the way I have witnessed the guests treat them and others that are staying at the location. Once again this has nothing negative about the staff or the hotel

"overall 70 percent ok but staff needs to be friendlier for example good morning hi etc"

just a recommendation extend your breakfast hours from 9 am to 10 am. I notice people were still trying to grab a meal a little after 9am.

make room look more comfortable buy adding maybe a sofa or some picture on the wall etc.that extract mini bed on top of the a/c does not look good.

AC unit, smell in the hallways and lobby. The building is hot if not in the room. Breakfast wasn't great.
