Alpine Heritage Motel

Exceptional value for money. Great hosts. Mr. Rameez went out of his way to make us feel at home.

The new care takers are amazing. They were very kind and warm. We felt like home. The place was neat and tidy. We had a little fridge a microwave a tv a toaster and a kettle. Tea coffee sugar were nearly stacked. There was a booklet in the room explaining everything about Goulburn and services available.

The place needs more number of bins. For some one staying here and ordering in the amount of waste can pile up fast. Room bins are not adequate for that so if they had more no of binds outside that would be awesome

While the website and hotel book state that housekeeping come around every day it wasn’t till late in the afternoon that we were told that if we wanted housekeeping to come we needed to request this. While this isn’t a huge issue would have been nice to know this at check in or even dated so in the rooms guide Towels were also heavily stained Remote had no batteries so had to treck around to reception to request some. Also while it states it’s child friendly I wouldn’t say it is with the while we tried to make sure we kept the children as quiet as possible to not disturb other guests including staying away from the hotel as much as possible it was obvious by the second night that others staying didn’t respect the same requests.

Walking distance too everyrhing. Kids loved the old building

The ghost was an annoyance, but well behaved
