This hotel has terrible management and the worst restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of eating at. Breakfast was included in our hotel stay, and it seemed to make sense to eat there. Both my boyfriend and I got food poisoning, the poisoning was so bad that I couldn’t fly because I was so violently ill. The management team refused to care even a little bit. Do not go here! If you do risk the establishment, do not risk your wellness on the good here.

Nice big room, great balcony, very comfy bed and decent shower.

Not the hotels fault but the roosters outside woke me up at 5am every morning. I didn’t like the location of the hotel, there was a shopping centre in walking distance but no real bars or restaurants, it was more the local end of city I think. I’d stay up the airport end if I went back there. The water wasn’t very hot, I never had to have a cold shower but it was never nice and hot. There was a lovely big bath tub but no hot water to fill it with. The hotel had a weird layout mixed in with a weird shopping centre and some private flats and offices. Also the safe didn’t work.

La professionalità , l’accoglienza dello staff, molto disponibili sempre con un sorriso. La camera era veramente immensa anche se nel complesso sarebbe da rinfrescare un po’, albergo leggermente datato, ma in ogni caso ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Colazione abbondante con una vista da una vetrata belllissima.

Direi nulla considerato il prezzo a notte

Abbiamo soggiornato in due occasioni , mentre nella prima occasione la stanza era fantastica con balcone che si affacciava sulla città , nella seconda, questa a cui fa riferimento la presente recensione , la stanza era tra due corridoio che portano ad altre stanze, divisi dunque solamente da una vetrata opaca, troppo rumorosa . In ogni caso è er il prezzo pagato va più che bene nel complesso .

The location is very good. Right in the heart of town and close to the Bay walk area. Also the hotel is very affordable.

The soundproofing in this hotel is very poor. If you want a good night's sleep it's best to avoid this hotel. One night an adjoining building was hosting some type of nightclub . The noise made sleep near impossible until it ceased ar midnight. I mentioned it to the staff and they really could not care less. But worse still.the soundproofing between rooms is pathetic and has been done on the cheap I could clearly hear the conversations ( phone conversations arguments etc) at all hours of the night almost word for word.
