The One Boutique Villa & Spa Seminyak

Exceptional villas and staff - perfect stay. Gorgeous gardens, great breakfasts and close walk to the beach. Bed was also incredibly comfy.

We arrived shortly after 1am and were met with a greeting smile and a warm welcome. He was our first interaction with the hotel staff and we knew from that slight meeting that all was going to be well. My husband and I would also like to thank the staff for always treating us like we were their only guests. They went above and beyond for us when my husband lost his Credit Card, (one of the drivers Abe took my husband back to the beach we believe he lost his card on his personal scooter) and we were so appreciative of their kindness and treating us like family. Adi, Nahla, Abe, and the rest of the staff THANK YOU for an amazing stay. We will never forget our first time in Bali, and we're looking forward to going back soon. Again I cannot say Thank you enough for the amazing time we had at the One, and that was all because of the amazing customer service we encountered each day. There is NOTHING not to like. It's your own oasis. It is picture-perfect. Your OWN villa! Again, your own VILLA!! If you're contemplating it, do not, this is it! Situated on a dead-end road, and 5-7 minute walk puts you into the heart of Downtown Seminyak. That is where you will find the bars and restaurants galore!! Not to mention right off the street the hotel is situated on there also are various local restaurants and other hotel bars you can also choose from.

Beautiful setting of the villa / grounds and we really liked the heated pool!

We felt that for a property charging 300+ dollars a night, the service and the value should come to a certain standard. The included breakfast was mediocre but as soon as we paid 5-10 dollars more for the floating breakfast we had double the variety of food. We spent a lot of extra money in our 4 days at the villa: on extra breakfast/ drinks/ laundry/ massages but when a glass broke, the staff messaged us in the middle of our stay to say that there will be a charge for a cheap old glass?!… More customer care/ set a price but make the customer feel that they are getting the value back for the money spent…

The staff were absolutely amazing, and truly made us feel at home from the moment we stepped foot there. The upkeep of the resort is impeccable and very visible how much care they take to the villas. Very highly recommend, as these villas are unforgettable. Big thank you to the amazing team! Can't wait for us to come back!!

Absolutely nothing!

The property itself is beautifully maintained. We stayed in a one bedroom villa & were thoroughly impressed. The staff went above & beyond to make sure we were happy our entire stay. Each morning a chef came to us to cook us breakfast. Each night they came & offered turn down service. The only issue for us personally with the villa was the toilet. It has no door & is part of the outdoor bathroom. Just a little awkward. The location wasn't too far from downtown but kind of in a dark alley off the beaten path. Overall an amazing place we would definitely recommend.
